Yes! I’ve added my favourite dessert to my fashion repertoire with this playful-looking pair by Melissa + Karl Lagerfeld.

Famed for being the pioneer of jelly shoes and eco-friendly avant-garde designs, Melissa is all out to bring fun and glamor back with their latest collaboration with fashion icon and universal symbol of style, Karl Lagerfeld.
And I got myself involved by purchasing a pair of the Melissa + Karl Lagerfeld shoes last month.
Yay! Fashion just got yummier!
The First Meeting
I was walking to Lido Cineplex from Wheelock Place one night when I spotted this familiar silhouette at the storefront of a freshly opened Melissa Store.
The trademark white hair, black glasses, and high starched collars – who else can it be?
Even though the shop was already closed, I could still see the whimsical designs by German fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld through the glossy clear windows.
These, nuanced by their sparkly glitter and humorous touch, caught my eye and fashion soul instantly. I vowed to come back for them one day…
And I did!
