Introducing a new nail invention for the nouveau chic – Gelish Magneto
This means it is great for vacations because it withstands ‘lethal’ situations like …
maneuvering around busy train stations,
and crazy shopping ventures
Manicures will never be wrecked by carrying those heavy shopping bags again!
So for my holiday to Japan, I chose none other than Nail Indulgence De Beau’s Gelish Nails.
This time, I was introduced to a brand new gelish technology known as Magneto.
(No, it has nothing to do with X-men villain, Magneto.)
Well.. maybe a little. They both have the same superpower – use magnetic forces to create incredible results.
Gelish veteran, Hand and Nail Harmony is chock full of ideas – first it was gel nails that last for 3 weeks, then it was collaboration with beauty guru Michelle Phan and now magnetic gel polish!
Can’t wait for their next surprise!
Anyway, please let me introduce you to the cornerstone of this new technology – the Magnetic Cap.
Those whimsical patterns on the Magneto nails are created by this baby.
I took a video of the application process.
The stunning designs are created by the reactions of metal particles in the pigments to the magnet.
As you can see, the technique only takes a couple of minutes which is very convenient if you only have a few minutes to spare for manicure.
Here are the colors I chose for this beauty review.
Color: Drawn Together
Color: Electric Metal Lover
So here we go: Honeyz Beauty Review – Gelish Magento Nails
Beware! Avalanche of photos of me ahead!
I visited Japan a week after my Magneto manicure. Here are some photos of my 1-week-old nails.
(Check out the good condition of the nails and also the beautiful sceneries of Nihon-koku!)
The last photo reminds me of Boyz II Men’s ‘End of the Road’.
(Nostalgia just slapped my face.)
Anyway, here are the other colors in the Magneto range.
Colors (From left to right): ‘Don’t Be So Particular’, ‘Inseparable Forces’, ‘Iron Princess’, ‘Electric Metal Lover’, ‘Polar Attraction’ and ‘Drawn Together’.
